We’re currently looking for an Online Retail Consultant with fluent Italian and English for one of our top clients—a global provider of customer experience technologies and outsourcing services. Be the friendly voice and helpful hand responding to customers, sellers, and creators.

Solve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.

Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to resolve inquiries and escalate cases where needed.

Identify patterns and propose improvements to elevate customer satisfaction.

Build trust and long-term relationships with sellers on the platform.

Support compliance and participate in special projects as needed.

Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).

Previous customer support experience (bonus points for e-commerce or digital platforms!).

A strong problem-solver with keen analytical and troubleshooting skills.

A true team player—collaborative, communicative, and driven to help.

Detail-oriented and proactive about improving processes.

Confident and flexible in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
