To excel in this role, we're looking for individuals who can
Provide exceptional customer support in both English and Danish, utilizing various communication channels such as emails, chats, and phone calls.
Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries, always striving to go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
Collaborate with our amazing team members to create a seamless and personalized customer experience that sets us apart.
Adhere to our company policies and procedures, including following guidelines for player safety, protection, and responsible gaming.

You're good at:
Verbal and written communication in Danish and English
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
Background in customer service, this can be online or via phone calls
Multi-tasking and time management
