Your Role – Sports Entertainer

As a Sports Entertainer, you’ll be responsible for organizing and leading sports activities to entertain the guests of your resort. You’ll motivate guests, create team spirit, and ensure everyone feels included and welcome.  

Your main activities will include:

• Football tournaments

• Beach volleyball

• Ping pong competitions

• Water polo

• Basketball games

• Daily and weekly sports tournaments

• Hosting and supporting evening entertainment activities

• Assisting during shows and group games  

You’ll organize matches, encourage participation, support fair play, and help create a friendly and energetic atmosphere for guests of all ages. Every day is about movement, teamwork, leadership, and making guests feel part of something special.   Grow Personally and Professionally This is more than a summer job — it’s a leadership experience through sport and entertainment.

You will develop:

• Leadership skills – manage activities and motivate groups

• Public speaking confidence – host tournaments and evening moments

• Teamwork abilities – collaborate in an international staff team

• Communication & language skills – work with guests from different countries

• Organizational skills – plan and structure daily activities  

Full training and continuous support are provided — experience is a plus, but motivation, positivity, and team spirit are essential. By the end of the summer, you’ll leave with stronger communication skills, valuable work experience, and unforgettable memories.

What We Offer

• Salary: €900–€1,450 net/month (depending on experience and responsibilities)
