DESCRIPTION
As a Telesales & Sales Support Agent, you'll play an important role in supporting our business partners, combining sales administration with proactive customer engagement.
This is a varied role where you'll split your time between sales support and telesales, helping businesses find the right solutions while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has a natural flair for sales, and is organised and detail-oriented.

The responsibilities:
- Initiate high-quality conversations with key decision-makers.
- Build trust and identify customer needs through a consultative sales approach.
- Handle objections professionally and guide customers towards suitable solutions.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise customer value.
- Follow up on contracts and complete a variety of sales support and administrative tasks.
- Support partner campaigns and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Accurately record customer interactions in CRM systems and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
- Native-level proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written) and a good command of English.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in telesales, sales support or customer service is an advantage.
- Organised with excellent administrative and follow-up skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and various computer applications.
- A professional, proactive approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
