We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist for the Customer Service Department of a leading multinational company in the Retail sector, located in Montcada i Reixac.
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer inquiries and providing support through various social media platforms and contact channels.
- Handling complaints and inquiries related to physical stores and online sales.
- Providing telephone support to customers in Spanish and Catalan; English proficiency is considered an asset.
- Demonstrating strong empathy, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to resolving customer needs with excellence.
- Maintaining clear and effective written communication.
- Experience with social media platforms at user level is desirable, along with the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English and/or German will be highly valued.
OFFER
Temporary contract: 2 to 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Working hours: Fixed day shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Salary: €15.05 gross per hour.
