For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Junior Technical Support Associate with Icelandic (Relocation).

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions via chat and email;
• Provide basic technical help related to the company`s products or services;
• Keep clear and accurate records of customer interactions and solutions;
• Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues;
• Deliver professional and efficient support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Icelandic and very good English;
• Previous experience in customer/technical support is a plus;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
• Good computer skills and quick to learn new tools and systems.
