What will you do?

• Provide French-language technical support via phone, chat, and email
• Resolve customer issues and document all case information
• Ensure customer satisfaction across all support channels
• Assist with pre-sales, inquiries, and technical troubleshooting
• Handle customer escalations and follow documentation processes
• Collaborate with technicians and update ticketing systems in English
• Represent the company with a positive and professional approach

Candidate profile

• Native-level French (C2) and fluent in English
• Customer support or Technical support experience is an advantage, but not required
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics

Salary & Benefits

• Payment Solutions Account Project 
  • Monthly gross (12 salaries): €1,310
  • €1,050 base
  • €160 net meal allowance (21 working days)
  • €100 fixed monthly complexity bonus(paid 11 months per year)
• Accommodation: Optional shared room, €280/month, all expenses included
• Career Growth: Apply and interview internally for higher-level positions after 6 months
• Relocation Package
• Optional private room in shared apartment, €280/month, all bills included, deducted directly from salary
• Contract & Pay Options
  • Standard contract: 6 months + 6 months + permanent (may vary by project)
  • Choice of 12 or 14 salary payments per year (14 payments = lower monthly gross but same annual total)
