Do you want to work in the telecom industry and support one of the most popular Norwegian TV and streaming platforms? Our client is looking for Danish-speaking Customer Advisors to join their team in central Warsaw!
Join an international team delivering top-tier support for a leading streaming service. You’ll assist customers via phone, email, and chat, with a comprehensive training program and a relocation package to get you started.

What will you do?
Provide customer support for a popular streaming platform
Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues
Support both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
Make outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2)
Excellent communication and service orientation
Basic administrative and technical knowledge
Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri: 09:00–19:00, weekends: 10:00–16:00)
OFFER
Competitive salary: 11,000 PLN gross/month + benefits
