Responsibilities:
- Identify the target audience for specific media campaigns and determine the most effective communication strategies.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with international digital publishers and online advertising platforms.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal rates and suitable online media placements.
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Develop and manage online campaigns, conducting in-depth data analysis and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet lead quotas in alignment with monthly advertising budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in affiliate management, campaign management, PPC management, media buying, or online marketing within the CFD trading environment.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
