In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing a wide range of topics including product information, order status, vehicle inquiries, and technical support.
• Provide accurate and timely information on our diverse portfolio of vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and available options.
• Assist customers with locating dealers, navigating our website, and understanding connected services and infotainment features.
• Investigate customer issues, conduct research using internal resources, and effectively resolve concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Fluency (verbal and written) in Dutch and very good English language skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in using computers and experience in CRM systems.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
