DESCRIPTION
Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a Business Support Agent to support KONE branch in Belgium.
- What will be your role?
- In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of billing processes and data administration.
- Your main responsibilities will include:
- Validate and enter data to SAP and Salesforce
- Communicate via email and phone with customers and colleagues in Belgium
- Collaborate effectively with your team
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and affinity for working with data
- Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment
- Aspiration to learn and develop
- Team player with ability to work autonomously
- Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel
