What will you do?

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding Mercedes services
• Assist with product information, account issues, and service coordination
• Guide users through Mercedes digital platforms
• Issue updates and follow up on ongoing requests
• Resolve invoice and payment-related questions
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
• Ensure a seamless customer journey

Candidate profile

• Native or near-native level of Danish
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong soft skills and active listening abilities
• Confident, empathetic, and positive communicator
• Able to work in shifts, 24/7 availability required
• Good multitasking and time-management skills
• Comfortable with data entry and using software system
