What You’ll Do:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing product and technical support.
- Help patients and healthcare professionals navigate advanced healthcare tools.

REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking for:
- Full professional proficiency in Dutch(C2 or above), and fluent English skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support.

- Self-motivated individuals with excellent time management.
- High level of empathy and patience.
Requirements:
- Self-employed status (ability to issue invoices).
- Availability from May 2025.
