For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and

software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and

immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – Gaming Operations Supervisor with

Turkish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

*Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments, including Floor

Supervisors, OCR, and Workforce teams;

*Rapidly identify and resolve game-related or staff issues to maintain seamless operations;

*Track attendance, enforce dress code standards, and oversee dealers’ and shufflers’ performance;

*Monitor studio safety, inspect equipment, and address potential technical concerns;

*Ensure smooth game rotations and adherence to company guidelines.

Requirements:

*Prior experience in iGaming or Live Casino is an advantage;

*Understanding of Blackjack and basic knowledge of casino equipment procedures - advantage;

*Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English;

*Ability to maintain accuracy and ensure high standards in a fast-paced environment;

*Advanced PC literacy (Office 365), excellent communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
