What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:

• Manage reservations (modification, cancellation, or creation of new reservations)
• Advise clients on the services we provide by phone or email
• Manage the back-office of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations)
• Provide after-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
• Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)

• Are proficient or bilingual in French and Dutch plus an advanced level English
• Are yourself! With interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a sense of service!
• Have a good team spirit, a taste for challenges and challenges will come in handy on a daily basis!
• Can demonstrate good oral and written expression and an ability to adapt
• Are an IT literate in order to easily handle our tools.

It will be a plus

• We will appreciate you as caring, empathetic, curious and dynamic!
• If you have previous experience as a travel agent is an asset and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo)
