Your responsibilities include:
- Continuous improvement for customer satisfaction
- Corresponding with customers via email or phone regarding product information in post-sales procedures
- Order tracking and complaint handling
- Up-selling is a plus
Requirements:
- European passport, European identity, or work permit for Portugal
- Native or fluent in French (C2)
- Proficient in English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service
- Patience and confidentiality with personal data
- Proactive, results-oriented, motivated, and team player
