•  Handling calls from guests looking to book unforgettable stays at the group’s hotels;
•  Advising and persuading clients to confirm their reservations;
•  Managing emails and ensuring every request is answered with professionalism and care.

What will make you shine in this role?

• Fluency in Italian and English (or Portuguese);
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
