DESCRIPTION
Join our dynamic team in the heart of Malaga, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the hospitality and tourism sector.
At Foundever, we are specifically looking for passionate individuals who are native-level Italian speakers and have a strong customer service background to enhance our guests' experience.
Location: Málaga, Spain
Contract Type: Temporary 4 months + Permanent.
Annual Salary: €19,000
On-site training and working modality at our offices in Malaga centre.
Working hours: 39hours per week - 8 hours shift in morning or afternoon shift (to be assigned once the training finished).
Start date: May 23th.
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Language Skills: Native-level Italian and advanced level of English (minimum B2).
- Location: Must reside in Málaga or be willing to relocate.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or related customer service is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
