About the job
As a Dutch-speaking customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers of a renowned company. Your main task is to provide solutions to customer enquiries by phone, email or chat. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural team and develop your communication skills.
What is your daily workflow?
- Answering customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
- Providing efficient solutions and support for technical or general enquiries
- Documenting customer interactions to improve the service
- Collaborating with internal teams to continuously optimise the customer experience
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Solution-oriented mindset and a positive attitude

- Some customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
