- Help customers with technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Respond quickly and professionally to user requests

REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent German speaker, with good English skills
- Strong problem-solving and technical ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask and manage time well
- Comfortable working in shifts
- Basic computer skills
