DESCRIPTION

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Grow advertising cross-channel revenue through comprehensive business strategies for key clients, leveraging Google's advertising products (search, display, video, and apps) to drive international growth and achieve customers’ business objectives.
- Own your book of business, aligning customer objectives and expectations with internal and external Google resources to foster long-term growth.
- Work towards goals while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience to Google's customers.
- Analyze data trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop compelling narratives that drive client growth and maximize business impact.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations to drive sustainable growth and achieve client objectives.
- Work collaboratively with account team members to provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis. Develop and maintain a pipeline that helps you run your business and maximize business impact.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with business techniques including effective questioning, and objection handling.
- Expertise in performance marketing and experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship and servicing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and to think strategically and develop recommendations and action plans.
- Ability to influence stakeholders through thought leadership and analytical and problem solving skills.
