DESCRIPTION
Role: Greek speaking Social Media Content Review Analyst
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: 2500-2600 LEV gross per month (depending on experience) - roughly 1050 EUR net p/m
Operational Hours: 00:00-00:00 (Monday-Sunday)
Relocation package: Is discussed individually but could include assistance with flight reimbursement plus up to 21 days company accommodation provided on arrival, plus monthly accomodation allowance of up to 300 LEV p/m. Assistance to find long term rental.

Are you a fluent Greek speaker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring a safe and engaging online experience? Our client is actively seeking motivated and conscientious individuals to join their rapidly expanding team in Bulgaria as Social Media Content Review Analysts.
As part of this dynamic international team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of one of the world’s leading social media platforms. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating a wide range of user-generated content, including advertisements and posts, ensuring they comply with community guidelines and platform policies.
This role involves the analysis of sometimes sensitive or potentially violating material. Your responsibility will be to identify non-compliant content, provide accurate and timely reporting, and help resolve any issues that arise. You will also be expected to deliver written support and clear communication to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate Greek-language content on a popular social media platform
- Evaluate flagged content for potential policy violations
- Prepare detailed reports on content findings and moderation actions
- Respond to escalation requests and provide thorough written support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving content guidelines and legal requirements
- Contribute to team performance targets and uphold platform integrity
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate:
- Fluent in Greek, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and emotional resilience
- Comfortable reviewing sensitive or disturbing content with objectivity
- Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar field is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a diverse, international team
