DESCRIPTION

Your Responsibilities:
- Build a strong pipeline by identifying and engaging with B2B prospects
- Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business needs
- Drive outbound call and email campaigns to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Support marketing campaigns and introduce new initiatives to potential partners
- Help resellers navigate partner programs to improve profitability
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level fluency in German and a strong command of English (B2 level or higher)
- Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
