DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing top-tier talent across various platforms and reviewing applications to identify the best fit for our organization. Additionally, this role will involve administrative responsibilities to support the recruitment process and overall HR operations.


REQUIREMENTS
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to source and attract qualified candidates.
Review and evaluate applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and updating the applicant tracking system.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
Strong ability to assess candidate applications and match them to job requirements.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
