Handle inquiries, issues, and requests quickly, clearly, and professionally

Assist users with digital betting tools, games, and interfaces—step by step

Ensure a smooth, satisfying user experience, even in tricky situations

Flag and escalate any technical issues to internal teams

Be a brand ambassador: act with empathy, integrity, and helpfulness

Fluent German (C1) and strong English (B1+) communication skills
