We have exciting opportunities for Full-Time German-Speaking Content Moderators/Customer Support Agents in sunny Malta!
As a Content Moderator, you’ll play a crucial role in reviewing content across various marketplaces/apps, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and country-specific laws. By doing so, you’ll contribute to a secure online space for users to interact with each other.
As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll professionally respond to customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls).
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: We offer a hybrid working environment in Malta. This role can be done fully remotely between your home in Malta or the work office in Qormi, Malta.

REQUIREMENTS
No prior experience is necessary.

If you possess advanced German reading and written skills and have conversant/basic English skills, proficient computer skills, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt, we want to hear from you!
Please note that you must be available to work morning and late shifts until midnight on a rotational basis.
