Regarding your field of responsibilities:

As a Technical Customer Advisor, you'll apply your skills to resolve emerging issues with precision and efficiency. You'll uphold excellent standards and share your passion for technology with both customers and colleagues. Given the dynamic nature of this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your IT skills and advance your international career at your own pace.

- German-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Assisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues
- Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
- Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets
- Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
- As a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile:

- Native-level German language skills (C2) + English proficiency
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical jargon for non-technical users
- PC literacy is required
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Aptitude for wireless troubleshooting
- Patience to communicate and solve issues
- Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
- Stay up to date with the latest IT and technology trends
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player

**All applicants must have an EU passport or a valid residence permit.
