About the Job
We are looking for German-speaking Travel Consultants to support business travelers from around the world. You will play a crucial role in making corporate travel stress-free by handling flight, hotel, and transport bookings, assisting with itinerary changes, and ensuring clients reach their destinations hassle-free.
In this role, you’ll work in an international team, gain expertise in travel management, and provide high-quality customer service to professionals. What is your daily life like?
- Assist business travelers with booking flights, hotels, and transportation worldwide ????✈️
- Provide real-time solutions for travel disruptions or schedule changes
- Ensure smooth and stress-free trips by offering top-quality customer care
- Work with modern travel booking tools and corporate clients
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat in German and English
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in managing travel itineraries
This position offers a full training program, so no previous experience in travel consulting is required!
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and good English skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in the EU (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
- Interest in the travel industry (previous experience is a plus, but not required)
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts (Monday – Sunday, 9:00 – 20:00)
