DESCRIPTION
- Manage the full customer acquisition cycle for the US market
- Identify and engage potential clients in the e-commerce space
- Understand client needs and present tailored product solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and commercial discussions
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year experience in B2B SaaS or similar commercial roles
- Experience working with or targeting the US market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a high-activity, target-driven environment
- Fluent English (native or near-native level)
- Proactive, structured, and eager to develop in a tech environment
- Willing to work US-aligned working hours (late shifts)
- Based in Madrid or willing to relocate independently (no relocation support)
- EU passport or valid Spanish work authorization required
Work setup
Full-time role based in Madrid (on-site initially)
Hybrid possible after ~3–4 months depending on performance
Focus on US market accounts and working hours aligned accordingly
Structured onboarding period with standard daytime training schedule
