Job Description
In the after-sales department, you will:
-Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of policies for Homeowners’ products and services via incoming calls or emails.
-Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
-Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
-Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications
-Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
-Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
-Love to identify the customers’ needs and propose fast solutions.
-Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player.
-Having previous customer experience is a plus.

-Full-time with either 6-month or indefinite contracts (negotiable depending on your experience and their needs).
