B2C Sales and Retention - DAZN with Japanese (Night Shift)

What you’ll do

•  As a B2C Sales and Retention Agent for DAZN, you'll sell offers to Customers over the phone and via live chat contact channels;
• Work as a team to achieve common goals;
• Be the point of reference for existing customers who ask to be contacted for any requests;
• Interact with the customer to understand the new needs and new requests;
• Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries, concerns and promote offers to retain customers.

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Japanese (minimum C1);
• Fluency in English (minimum level B2);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leading you to play an important role within the team and available to support a colleague;
• As a B2C Sales and Retention Agent for DAZN, you'll need to have the ability to sell;

• Capability to manage a customer;
• Availability to work in the night shift;
