Role: Bilingual Slovenian/Croatian Customer Advisor
Location: Work from home in Bulgaria
Salary: 1150 Euro gross per month
Operational Hours: 40 hrs per week, 5 days of 8 hrs rotational 08:00-19:00 , Monday-Friday.

Our client is an International is a technology company which provides IT services and multilingual customer service to global clients. Clients include corporations in technology, games, communications & media, eCommerce, fintech, travel & hospitality, healthcare, and automotive industries.
The role
We are looking for a fluent Slovenian/Croatian speakers with a good command of English and who want to work from home in Bulgaria. This position will be for our client - an outsourcing partner - and is based in their office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia, however this will be offered as a fully remote role which can be done anywhere from Bulgaria if you have good internet speed.
As a Customer Advisor you will represent an international company that supplies pet and animal product. You will receive inbound calls and emails from customers and answer their queries in a timely manner. Providing product advise and problem solving will be also part of your daily tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Fluent in Slovenian and Croatian
- Good command of English
- IT literate
- Good audio listening and typing skills.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is desired
