REQUIREMENTS
What will your daily mission be?
- Handling calls from guests looking to book unforgettable stays at the group’s hotels;
- Advising and persuading clients to confirm their reservations;
- Managing emails and ensuring every request is answered with professionalism and care.
What will make you shine in this role?
- Fluency in Italian and English (or Portuguese);
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
