DESCRIPTION
The role involves managing inbound customer calls, providing personalized support, and building long-term customer relationships. The consultant will advise clients on services and commercial offers while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent level in Italian and English C1
- Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills ;
- Confortable with digital tools and phone-based support
- Availability for rotating Shifts (Mon - Sun 7:00 - 21:00)
