Title: Business Development Executive
Terms: Full Time
Location: Fully Remote (time zones UTC-1 to UTC+2)
The Role
Looking to build on our solid reputation as the #1 international property portal in Spain, we are excited to be entering a key development phase for Kyero. We are gearing up to multiply our agent partnerships even further this year.
To do this, we're looking for a proactive, resourceful biz dev player who can drive this expansion, establishing new partnerships and building on current relationships. The role will focus on advancing our presence among Spanish estate agents and property platforms.
You will be fired up by the idea of playing a key role in this growth and will be excited to use your fluent language skills and your highly innovative, can-do attitude to make this happen.
This is a role that requires a high level of autonomy, imagination and the genuine desire and ability to form productive relationships and connections internationally.

Your Experience
Experience in business development is required and we are looking for someone with a growth mindset, who can demonstrate the following:

Your Main Responsibilities
Source, create and maintain new strategic partnerships in Spain.
Source and onboard prospect clients (cold calls) using email, phone and social media
Nurture and strengthen current partnerships / reseller relationships
Start selling Prime package to existing Free agents and other prospects
Provide ongoing feedback to the Commercial and Leadership team on ways to improve the prospecting process and increase results
Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to optimise agent targeting
Identify decision-makers

REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills
Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to make connections and interact effectively with people at all levels via phone, zoom, email and social media
