DESCRIPTION
Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a Business Support Agent to support KONE branch in Belgium.

  • What will be your role?
  • In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of billing processes and data administration.
  • Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Validate and enter data to SAP and Salesforce
  • Communicate via email and phone with customers and colleagues in Belgium
  • Collaborate effectively with your team

REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and affinity for working with data
  • Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment
  • Aspiration to learn and develop
  • Team player with ability to work autonomously
  • Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel
