Work from Anywhere | Freelance Contract | Romanian Required
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer support? Do you have experience handling customers and ensuring seamless service? We are looking for freelance Call Center Agents to join our remote team for one of our eCommerce Clients.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with general inquiries, troubleshooting, and eCommerce-related queries
- Make outbound calls to conduct customer surveys and gather feedback
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Work closely with the team to meet service standards
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
- Professional, at least C2-level Romanian proficiency, and fluent English skills
- Previous customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
- Experience with CRM systems
- Background in eCommerce is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Ability to work 30-35 hours per week in rotating (morning/afternoon) shifts
