
DESCRIPTION
- you would be in daily touch with clients regarding order management and complaints handling
- you will handle returns, credits and debits and you will be responsible also for financial transactions
- you will be part of internal supply chain and you will be in touch with distribution centers and transport providers
- your job will be to fully understand internal procedures and have a good relationship with your clients
REQUIREMENTS
- minimum 1 year of current experience in customer service from SSC
- ability to call on daily basis in Dutch and English
- big advantage will be experience with JDE or SAP system
- it is also big advantage to know medical sector a little bit more
