DESCRIPTION
  • Communication with B2B clients via phone and email;
  • Consult clients about the products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
  • Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction on the system;
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate and efficient solutions;
  • Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to clients and partners.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent level of Dutch;
  • Level of English – B2 ;
  • Good computer literacy;
  • Customer service experience will be considered as an advantage;
  • Results-driven with strong communication skills;
  • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
