Workster supports the biggest worldwide outsourcing company with their support for a brand-new client – a merchant payment systems company valued at
$1.0 billion. It develops payment software designed to create fast and secure payment transactions, offering services such as issuer payment processing, cloud-native payments, and business
management software-as-a-service. These solutions enable small and medium-sized businesses to manage and grow their operations. They are committed to support SMEs by providing flexible, transparent, and tailored financial solutions.

To support their massive growth in Lisbon, we are now looking for Hungarian B2B Sales Specialists.

Together with your colleagues, you will engage in B2B outbound sales for small and medium- sized businesses (SMBs). You will work with a high volume of hot leads, aiming for a
conversion rate of 15% with an expected 3-5 sales per day.

  • Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided
    by the client.
  • Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and
    onboard new clients.
  • Managing each sales opportunity with unwavering
    persistence and focus on closing sales.
  • Adapting and innovating work processes, finding the
    most effective paths to seal deals.
