What you’ll be doing at Webhelp

As a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Advisor for a furniture trade leader, you will:

  • Help customers with from simple tasks such as finding opening hours to handling complex complaints.
  • Focus on providing first-class customer service and assisting customers with a variety of questions and challenges
  • Work to achieve key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
REQUIREMENTS

We’ll be a great match if you:

  • Have a high level of Norwegian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Are available for rotating schedules
  • Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service
  • You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
