Customer Care Agent with Hungarian

REQUIREMENTS

The candidate:

  • Has excellent command of spoken and written Hungarian (level C1);
  • Has an excellent command of spoken and written English (at least B1/B2);
  • Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial, but not mandatory;
  • Identify, research, and resolve product issues and queries concerning part/product replacement and execute the solution in line with local procedures;
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied;
  • Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team;
  • Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process, and technology;
  • Has a proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping.
