
DESCRIPTION
- Providing our Estonian clients with support via e-mail and calls
- Creating, editing, and being responsible for a person's order
- Taking care of the administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with suppliers and warehouse
- Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
- Cooperating with the marketing department with regard to translations and reviews
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient knowledge of the Estonian language regarding both writing and speaking skills as you are going to deal with our Estonian customers
- High empathy capacity and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm for personal development
