DESCRIPTION

Are you fluent in Italian and English, do you enjoy dynamic environment and would like to gain further experience within an airline company? Join the team of our client as a Customer Care Specialist with Italian!

 

You would be responsible for:

 

  • Providing friendly customer support through the phone,
  • Answering passengers' queries,
  • Managing passengers' reservations,
  • Supporting other departments in their activities.

 

For other opportunities - additional European languages are welcomed :)

REQUIREMENTS

▪ Fluency in English and Italian or other European language (min. B2/C1),

▪ Customer-oriented approach,

▪ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills,

▪ Customer service experience would be an asset!
