DESCRIPTION
Are you a native Czech speaker looking for an exciting new challenge abroad?
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Representative position with a Monday to Friday schedule, based in Bulgaria, offering a hybrid work model and relocation support!

💼 Your Responsibilities:

- Provide professional customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with inquiries, product information, orders, and general troubleshooting
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
- Accurately document interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent in Czech (C1-C2)
- Good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
-Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria
- Have to own an EU Passport or a valid VISA to work in Bulgaria

🌍 Location & Work Model:

- Hybrid work (partially remote after 6 Months)
- Based in Sofia, Bulgaria
- Monday to Friday schedule – No weekend shifts!
