We are looking for enthusiastic Romanian speaking Customer Service & Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our innovative products. What you’ll be doing?
- Support our Customers: Handle inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers, assisting with enquiries and looking to provide solutions.
- Problem-Solve: Use leading-edge diagnostic tools & Excel to help guide customers through troubleshooting.
- Collaborate: Work together with colleagues and other internal departments to hit personal and team goals in an environment where your unique perspective is always appreciated.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: You´ll be on the lookout for opportunities to talk with clients about new and exciting products that are regularly launched into the market.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Be a Dyson expert – sharing your knowledge and demonstrating a full understanding of Dyson’s products and brand values.
REQUIREMENTS
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?
- Fluent Romanian: You’re confident communicating in Romanian, both written and spoken.
- English Communication: You’ll be working with an international team, so you need to be comfortable in English too!
- Customer-First Mindset: You love helping people and solving problems, whether it’s over the phone or by email.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with MS Office and can pick up new tools quickly.
- Organised & Motivated: Even when things get busy, you stay organised and keep delivering quality service.
- Eligibility: Be eligible to work in Slovakia.
OFFER
What do we offer?
- Starting date: Early 2025.
- Contract Type: Permanent.
- Working hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) or Part Time Options available: rotating schedule Monday - Sunday between 8 am and 8 pm, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed).
- Highly competitive base salary of €16,800 per annum in addition to:
- 6,23€/day meal voucher (125€/month).
- A commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum).
- Possibility to earn a KPI-Based Performance Bonus of up to 10% of the monthly salary.
- Paid 5 extra days (personal days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences.
- Hybrid working model in an outstanding work location and facilities in our brand-new offices in Bratislava.
- Please note, if you are living further away and can't commute daily, we may be able to offer a remote working option (subject to location and distance from our office).
- Fully paid training that optimally prepares you for your job - 3 weeks duration.
