Join our growing Telecom team!

We offer you the opportunity to join a team of German-speaking customer service and sales specialists for a leading global provider of telecommunications services, the number 1 brand in Europe and Germany. The role requires work from our office in Sofia or Varna.



  • Handling incoming customer inquiries for a leading telecommunications service provider in Europe, the number 1 brand in Europe and Germany
  • Solving customer problems related to Internet, telephone and television
  • Focus on selling additional services and products to the company's customers
  • Answering customer questions quickly, thoroughly and with a smile


For you:

  • Excellent command of the German language (level B2–C1)
  • Organizational skills
  • You have a desire to help customers and contribute to the success of the team
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Motivation to work, willingness to learn and focus on achieving results

  • Excellent remuneration: BGN 2,800 gross basic salary + unlimited monthly bonus depending on sales, which allows you to earn over BGN 4,000 per month
