Customer Service Agent with native German and Spanish

As a Customer Success & Operations, your main function will be to become an adviser to your customers and partners.

During your day to day:

• You will act as an adviser to our customers and partners via phone and email.
• You will be in charge of identifying and analyzing customer issues.
• We will also love if you make recommendations about product improvement.
• You will be in charge of collecting information with the sales teams.
• You will be responsible for creating car park content and ensuring quick online release.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have a native level of German and are bilingual in Spanish.
• You speak English at an advanced level.
• You have experience in Customer Service.
• You are passionate about clients and partners.
• You are dynamic and love team work.
