DESCRIPTION

Your day-a-day:

- You'll provide assistance via mail/email/chat from customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business.

- In addition you will guide the customers through the webshop.

- In this role, you'll ensuring that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained.

- Transfer queries to the corresponding department is part of your role.

-Record in the computer system orders, complaints, or queries, directing, if necessary, the request to the corresponding area.

-Give support to both internal and external customers.

-Performing complementary administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily

- Dutch native and English B2 is mandatory in this role

- Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions

- SAP and Office Tools Basic Knowledge is preferred

- Moreover you are able to work in a results oriented team
