Our client, one of the largest companies in Telecommunications, and are seeking a full-time German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lublin.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide comprehensive customer service to incoming calls in German.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer service to incoming calls in German
- No sales involved
- All inbound
- Office based to start with, then moving to Hybrid
Requirements:
- German language proficiency C1 level
- Passion for customer service
Benefits:
- We offer a competitive salary of 7000 PLN gross
- bonus of 500 PLN gross
- A full relocation package including flights, hotel and rent paid.

This full-time position requires working five days per week, eight hours per day.
