Italian-Speaking Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients with questions. You will be providing excellent customer service by resolving their queries promptly and efficiently.

This is a Italian-speaking role, and we require a minimum of B2-level language skills.

Benefits:

• A Monthly Gross Salary of 6.000,00 Zloty (roughly €1.330,00 per month)
• Relocation package: Relocation support with reimbursement of the relocation cost up to €500,00 – 2 weeks for free in one hotel booked by the client – Reimburse of Real Estate Agency fee coverage (1 monthly rent up to €500,00)
• Contract: Full-Time - 40 hours a week
• Working Hours: Mon to Friday from 9am to 10pm - Saturday 9am to 7pm - Sunday 9 am to 6pm
• Workplace: Szczecin or Katowice

What will I be doing?

• Supporting by handling customers’ calls from passengers or clients with questions.

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card
• Italian B2 minimum and English B2
• Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via chats and email
