???? What you’ll do

Support customers with mobile and home services (SIM, internet, TV setup).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Identify opportunities for cross- and upselling.

Excellent communication & customer-oriented mindset

Tech affinity and strong computer skills

Commercial drive to spot and act on sales opportunities

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude

Availability: Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–17:30

Legal right to live and work in Spain

Competitive salary: €2,040 gross/month (full-time)

Bonus: up to 15% of your monthly salary

Permanent contract with 2-month probation period

39 hours/week, Monday–Saturday shifts

Hybrid work option after the first 3 months (upon approval)
