Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions and update records accordingly
Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed
Support customers with order processing, tracking, returns, and payment inquiries
Ensure timely resolution of customer cases while maintaining high service standards
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, showing empathy and professionalism
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services

REQUIREMENTS

Native-level Dutch speaker (C2) and fluent English (C1)
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in Athens and hold a valid EU passport
Positive attitude with a can-do approach
