We are looking for Multilingual Customer Support Agents who want to grow in an international, dynamic environment committed to sustainability.
What will you do?
- Serve as the first point of contact for our end users and installers, providing support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Guide customers step by step through the installation and configuration of our products.
- Resolve technical inquiries and escalate complex cases to specialized teams, ensuring clear documentation in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the Back Office team to manage warranties, technical visits, and more.
- Meet KPIs that ensure an excellent customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Affinity for technology, electronic products, or the energy sector.
- Fluent in at least one of these languages (spoken and written): English, French, Dutch.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce (highly valued).
- Knowledge of IVR systems and call centers (Zoom and AWS are a plus).
- Collaborative spirit and motivation to work in a multicultural environment.
